Our team will be available around the clock to provide 24 hours care and support, 7 days a week. We will deliver the right level of care that will fulfil the different needs of each resident. Access to Professional Help
Our care workers will ensure that residents are able to access all the medical and specialist services they need. If residents struggle to keep appointments and working with support workers, our team will support them throughout the time they are under our care.
We support residents:
- Registering with GPs and Dentists.
- Arranging and attending appointments.
- Liaising with care coordinators, social workers and other parties involved in their care.
- Accessing specialist drug and alcohol services.

Life Skills
In order to live an independent and fulfilling life it is essential that residents have the knowledge and skills to do this. Our team will provide all the support and assistance they need to live healthily, look after themselves and maintain their living space. However much support residents require, our support team will deliver just the right level of care and attention.

Residents will not be able to get the right level of care without proper funding. Our support workers will provide all the assistance residents need to access their benefits. We will also assist residents so that they have the financial skills and understanding for independent living.

- Completing forms to access welfare benefits.
- Ensuring rents, bills and debtors are well managed.
- Maintaining their tenancies.

Our care workers will also support residents with all the other tasks that make a healthy and fulfilling life. From organising holidays to enrolling in college, our team will give residents all the support and assistance they need.
We support residents:
- Collecting prescribed medication, monitor them and supervise compliance.
- Encouraging engagement with individual treatment programmes.
- Encouraging and assisting in the maintenance of positive contacts with family, carers and friends.
- Building motivations, confidence and self-esteem.
- Assisting in identifying and enrolling in college, training courses, voluntary work and paid employment.
- Attending their 1:1 keyworker sessions.
- Supporting them in organising holidays and trips.
- Supporting them in identifying and applying for suitable move on accommodation.
